Loved the experience!! Went with family - we ordered four different flavors. Extremely delightful and rich! We could feel art and love coming together. Menu items were smartly named and the leaflet had the amazing story/background of Jo Ann’s grandma. Pro tip: Waffle cone is really big, so order a Mama scoop or Papa scoop if you choose that cone!

Such a cute spot! The shop was super clean, and the ice cream was delicious and clearly homemade. I loved that they even make their own waffle cones and bowls. Great experience in a charming town!

My kids love JoMa's. The salted caramel ice cream is the best. It's not cheap (spent 19.50 for three single scoops), but to be fair, I recently went to a chain ice cream store in San Jose and it was almost just as expensive. If you want cheap ice cream, eat at home. JoMa's is a fun place to stop if you're walking through town or playing at the creek.

I was desperate for ice cream after touring at the Mercer Caverns, and had noticed JoMa’s on the way in. Glad I went there. Great selection of home made ice cream creations - I had the cherry chocolate chip and vanilla bean - two huge scoops. Absolutely fantastic. Friendly staff, and it was nice siting outside to devour my ice cream.

We stopped in to try this place out on a late Sunday afternoon, the place was really busy too, but they had quick service. We got pistachio, cherry chocolate chip and blackberry. They where all good, but the pistachio was a little off for what we usually have.

I would definitively return and see if they have new flavors . The ice cream feels heavy on my sweetness tolerance. My suggestion is for the shop to find ways to rebalance fruit or other ingredients ratio to cream portions to redistribute flavors. It was “enjoyable ” and a good ice cream but maybe offer a new flavor that is more “light on the sugar ”. Keep the traditional but offer light versions , too. I love the ice cream but felt heavy on my sweet tooth.

A small ice cream shop with large clientele of visitors and locals. They offer interesting flavors and waffle cones made on the spot. The actual shop can get crowded with a customer line, but they are right on the main drag and close to the park by the river, so you can enjoy your ice cream outside strolling or picnicking. A must visit if you are in Murphys!
